You can exchange text messages with Robert (Bobby) directly by signing/downloading the App: Getting Out app from your app store on your cell phone.

Follow the instructions to fill out your profile, get verified with your ID and picture to be uploaded in the system.

You will need to add money in the account ($5-$10) as each text will cost 25 cents to send. It will take 3 days to be verified before you can start exchanging messages. If not verified within 3days, contact Customer Service for assistance at 866-516-0115.

Using the Getting Out App, you can also send postcards and pictures to Robert.
