This is a case of mistaken identity. When Robert was first arrested, police officers believed him to be the sole suspect that committed the heinous crime. However, the police quickly learned that when the alleged crime occurred, Robert was in Lancaster, California. The alleged crime occurred in Scottsdale, Arizona. Robert’s location was established through RING videos that conclusively show him at a house in Lancaster around the time of the alleged crime. There is also a receipt to show he made a stop to get gas at a gas station in Lancaster around that time. Law enforcement and prosecutors have long been in possession of this critical evidence. Despite this evidence, the District Attorney's office has disregarded it and continues to contend that Robert is somehow involved.
